My vaxx exemption expires in July. My organization is hiring, but many people around me from other orgs have been laid off suddenly. Some told the day they were called it was their last day, others told they have until this Friday. I wonder if they will fire me in July.

I got fired for not taking the ki-l shot so yes, you will 100% be fired. Start looking now while you still have a job. By the way, T-Mobile has been appointed by the World Economic Forum to roll out the social credit score worldwide. Get away from that evil organization.
Any exemption now is only 3 months long and you have to reapply for it every 3 months. Given what T-Mobile did this week, in your position, I'd start looking for a job elsewhere
