I guess the point of any reorganization is to make things better. But then why is it getting worse after each reorganization? My advice to everyone is not to stay here for more than two years and to constantly be on a lookout for other options because the uncertainty here is huge.

The constant reorganizations are a sign of bad management and indicate leadership doesn't really understand how the respective business lines really work and how they are designed to generate revenue to operate on and generate a surplus to deliver over to the shareholders.
