What is the use of polls other than wasting a few minutes of our time saying what we don't think but ATT wants to hear? It's funny how they present surveys as a tool that will serve them to make changes for the better, when we all know that this is not true.

my "LEadership" had their ar-e handed to them so badly last time they didnt even readout on the results
Stopped completing those the year they returned age group of people responding. In a group of 11 it wasn't hard to figure out who said what.
@1mqg+1ggHv27Y Bingo!!! JD Powers??? Yeah, that'll make things better!
I give mostly negatives because that's being honest. And I especially fill out the comment section.
I can't agree more with the poster who said either don't do it or do it honestly.
Hey...The DTV minions get a survey every month and yes the scores decline each passing month. Leadership thought all would be rosy with the disintegration of ATT governance, not so.
JD Power rankings ONLY, if you think otherwise there is a bridge for sale in Brooklyn.
I read this board often and this posts sums up the company. Some employees have a great work environment, others not so great at all. Some upper mgmt wants to make positive changes, but most don’t.
So try to understand each employees circumstance as you post on this site.
I personally filled out the survey every year but this year. I decided after a decade of no results, my new action was no action. Unfortunately, that’s where I’m at personally and hope other employees can understand my perspective.
If you aren't filling these out honestly, then a lot of the company's problem is YOU. Quit being scared to say what you believe and feel on these things.
4th & 5th floor whip their @$% with them.
Stankey really cares about the workers.
so senior management can pat themselves on the back and tell themselves what a great job they are doing in their corporate minds.
If you don't like something, someone is getting a bonus.
If you do like something, they'll change it and someone is getting chewed out.
THEY DON"T CARE!!!!
They wany you to quit.
But would rather fire you.
How can you people not see this?
They know who filled out what.
Never interact with management unless 100% necessary.
Don't fill it out.
If it's really anonymous, why would your boss ask you to fill it out?
Don't do it.
I'm out of different ways to tell you folks the same thing.
Feedback on this board is much more indicative of current employee morale.
Results will be lay out on PowerPoint for various level of management. Managers will pretend to take actions to check the checkboxes, nothing is changed essentially. Rinse, shampoo, and repeat next year.
At this point it's my belief that it's simply a tool for executive management to try and measure how "engaged" the workforce is. The questions and silly pretend follow up calls are meaningless. Upper management is scored on the percentage of their workforce that completes the survey. And to be sure, that is all that they care about. Hence all of the emails urging you to complete the survey from folks that you never or rarely ever hear from otherwise.
Never filled one out.
Not my job to evaluate policy, management, coworkers.
Not on a "team"
It's a job. I work, they pay.
If you're seeking more, you'll be disappointed.
Employees hate the company as they manage through fear.
Which is OK, as they hate us and wish us gone.
They think we're all id--ts. Uneducated illiterate mouth breathing rubes.
My job is to fix cable. And run them out of $$$$ doing so.
And to be honest, as long as it's in the bank every other Friday, I don't care.
And anyone who thinks they care is Naïve.
