I’ve heard rumors about a post Warner/Discovery close shake up of orgs. Does anyone have any details on it like when is it coming?

This last post sounds like wishful thinking on OP's part at most, but nothing more than pure speculation at the very least.
Coming soon. 1st item is to reduced upper management. 2nd will be a realignment of middle management and then lower management. Followed by the expiration of the agreement with craft so another realignment. Debt reduction during this time will continue. Stock stays flat. Earnings versus debt ratio causes company to file for reorganization. Goes thru proceedings. Hedge fund see’s opportunity to purchase the corporation in the cheap. Spins of wireline. Keeps the wireless side for a while to milk the profits. Eventually sells off the wireless side to go on another venture.

The word on the street is more org consolidation coming. There are SVP/VP positions sat intentionally vacant for a while. Work goes on, makes you wonder why these big whigs are even needed in the first place.
