Wow. This just goes to show that Honeywell's sole purpose is to support the executive leadership team's compensation at all costs. If Honeywell were to fail completely, these guys would still be golden. The rest of us, not so much. And there isn't a one of them that could meet any of our job requirements.

Disgusting. Absolutely disgusting. But, this is what corporate America looks like. The dream of Wall Street where everyone that is wealthy remains wealthy out of your poor back.

Disgusting. With the measly raises the last few years, the record profits, and the lousy stock price, he should be out of here.

Still does not beat DC, 2015 $25.1M when adjusted for 2021 dollars. DA needs more growth to surpass predecessor, expect lower moral, advanced attrition, more rooftop reductions, more D&I, more toxicity, more rearranging of titanic chairs, more spinoffs, so he can become the "best" and write his version of Winning Now, Winning Later, Part II while sipping a $500/bottle of wine.

$12,550.00 an hour, and I seriously doubt he actually works more than 20 hours a week...

Well deserved DA.....gut the company and send the message to all employees that everyone needs to take part during this difficult time, layoffs, plant closures, no merits,, MIP reductions,, etc and you bring home your largest comp.....this is everything that is wrong with HW.

Not really a surprise when band 3 engineers don't get bonuses and the raises are way less than inflation, all that money went to in the CEO's pockets. Do people seriously think those employee satisfaction surveys are real?

Fully deserved. He has created the most toxic work culture in corporate American history. Quite an achievement.
