Is an Analyst role (or Analyst 3) ever Grade 14? What are the salary ranges for Grades 10 through 14?

You will be unhappy at US Bank. Take the next offer from the next company
If memory serves, I was an Analyst III when I was a Grade 10. That's an entry level position so I wouldn't expect more than $50,000 to start. They might put you in at a Grade 11 but I'd be surprised.
If you already have a good job, please do some reading and deep thinking before accepting the offer. So much un-happiness and frustration here. Workers work hard and management is completely useless. It's why they require so much management.
Never accept the first offer. Always negotiate.
Are you sure you want to consider the offer after reading what people say on this forum? I would only consider it if I were under 35 and planned to keep searching for someplace better. Don't get lulled into thinking USB is a life-long career kind of place!
Why would you even consider an offer to join or stay with this train wreck of POS company? You will regret it, find another company.
The letters are associated with geography, I believe, to adjust salaries for COL.
Grade 14 is usually slightly under, but can exceed $100k (15% target bonus + LTI). Grade 13 is mid $80's or so. I think grade 10 is around $60k. I don't have much experience with letter grades.
In addition to an extra week of vacation, Grade 14 also gets a long term bonus, 13 does not.
Grade 10 doesn’t get a bonus any longer. Did your offer mention a bonus? Grade 11 - 13 gets 3 weeks vacation. Grade 14 gets 4 weeks vacation so you’re definitely not 14.
What business line?
Three weeks vacation would be less than a grade 14. The salaries within ranges differ between markets, so you probably won't get a great answer even if you share the salary offered. If you're asking about grade to find out if you'll get a bonus, your best bet is to just ask the recruiter.
Lol. Either deny of counter the offer. Trust me you’ll thank me later.
I was told the salary, but not the range. I was told 3 weeks of vacation, but not the grade.
There is a lot of overlap with grade levels and salary ranges within the same job titles. You got an offer but they didn’t tell you the salary range or grade level???
