Is any other club having trouble with managers not managing? I have never seen it so bad.

This is the first time I've heard someone say exactly what I have called it. Inmates running the asylum. "I didn't sign up to work in a mental institution where the patients are running the place." That's my line I've had saved for a while now if I ever quit.
we have a very good team of managers. they are always on the floor helping associates. glad we have them.
in our club it is not that they are not managing. The problem is that they think they are managing well when what they are really doing is being tantrum prone toddlers. Both our merch managers are little boys who stomp their feet and get red in the face any time anyone disagrees with them.
