This must have been expensive

I see that AT&T is among LinkedIn's top ten best workplaces to grow your career in the U.S. Are you kidding me? It's been years if not decades since it was possible to advance your career here through hard work and experience. Today, unless you're a brown noser or know somebody important, you can kiss any career growth goodbye. I wonder how much leadership paid to make sure we were put on this list...

Perhaps the problem is that your job title is one of many that is stagnate, ie, a tech position that has limited growth potential. People who are in careers where there are growth opportunities are not brown nosers or have relatives who’ve handed them their opportunities. They’re most likely educated, career focused in the areas of growth. Perhaps skill up so that you can find your path to a more successful career…just a suggestion.
