It's here. Spill the beans.

MKW is just gonna be Cramers buddy now. Talking up the stock and maybe going in front of Congress.
NH must have been born under a nice sun as he has survived tons of failure. RIC fire then Appalachia fire. Dude is a great example of zero accountability. But hey he has a British accent so...
What a strange decision... How many people are now under NH? Must be 99% of all employees.
NH is effectively CEO in the new organization since he is running 95% of the actual revenue-producing business. MN will assist him with planning and service functions, a sort of lady-in-waiting. MW is free to swan about as Executive Chairman, attend golf tournaments, speak to Cramer, "coach" people as he likes, deal with the Board, etc.
It is the ghosts of Enron. NH is Skilling. MW is Lay.
The entire HQ staff of two of four OpCos are gone, poof. All the managers and their HQ staff for finance, HR, safety, drilling, legal, supply chain, etc. All gone.
There is no tax on the lump sum if you roll it over.
Every time Mike pharts he says “I just delivered lower carbon energy to an ever growing world.”
@2bcp The VAST majority of managers found out about it today when the email went out. They need to go through employee lists and determine eligibility for a move based on role. Nobody just snaps their fingers and it’s done.
org changes in marketing
nothing new tho
Because it is AGILE. I think upstream will be close to 100%. Downstream maybe 50% or less.
I feel sorry for the San Ramon folks, although the announcement was made today they have to wait until June15 to find out if their position is eligible for relocation. Why torture the employees for three weeks
@2tzt - only people moving moving will be those looking to avoid tax on their lump sum and those not talented enough to find another job locally. So duds and people staying 12 months and a day. Good way for the enterprise to do a layoff without the EOI.
This board nailed it . Wowzers! Significant org changes and selling Chevron park.
Whoever said two upstream OpCos nailed it. NH is clearly annointed as next CEO, followed by MN as backup. Surprised to see BN promoted, he may just be holding a slot for EB.
Diversity - all old men, 20% of color.
No other announcements coming, this is it.
So how many San Ramon folks will be “voluntarily” moving to houston? Lol
What is the difference between MN's Strategy and BKs Strategy... Weird need to see the whole org. But it looks like MN has gone back to managing PGPA.. Is that a demotion for him?
He also not very strategic not policy oriented
There’s one more announcement coming…stay tuned!
Looking forward to lots of white men saying that chevron does not promote white men.
It is out! I guess the naysayers feel like id--ts now!
Update on the Chevron website under Press Releases.
Hope you haven’t fallen off the edge of your seat yet. Whomever posted it would be yesterday had the date wrong. It’s coming shortly. Pick your jaw up off the ground!
CIP 3.0 already decided on for next March's payout. You heard it here first!
The person that declared an announcement would occur today was wrong all along. Stay tuned, I guess.
Where is the big news we were promised? I'm sitting at the edge of my seat in suspense!
The corporate sustainability report came out
What part of "criminals don't obey g.u.n control laws" do the idjits not understand?
Consolidations and CHVPK sale
It is supposedly coming out tomorrow.....Curious what it will be
Any big news?
Wendy’s to merge with Burger King
You heard it here first
It's all of the above...we merge with xom, sell chvpk, full remote
The chatter for the rest of 22 and also 23 and 24 is going to be mergers and acquisitions. Feeding time for the big g-ns and a time that the food chain will be re-defined.
It would be nice if we went to work from home. The office is a waste of time and not nearly as productive as working from home. I can do without the water cooler talk. Just isn't helpful.
All exploration activities have been terminated as we focus exclusively on acquisition targets to improve reserves numbers. Select PetreoTechs will be retained going forward as investment advisors.
In a bid to remain competitive we are going full remote effective immediately
Bye bye chvpk
Seriously man, f-ing 7-9 years old… and to think, last year Abbott lowered the age to carry to 18 with no training or certification… terrifying that your odds of survival go up in this country the second you get out of high school…
Our new low carbon BU is rocking it
the US needs to pass laws for more g-n control.
