SBCGLOBAL.NET issues

I know this does not belong here but I have an sbcglobal.net email and access it everyday now it says you tried to access to many times and have been locked out. I only access once per day. Was told to reset my password but the system will not allow. Called assistance and they are no help, the said try again later. where do I turn too?

I had the issue - I called into tech support and they “resynced my account” - I didn’t not have to reset password. I haven’t had the issue since - disclaimer I had to call multiple times until I got someone that knew what to do. Others told me they saw no issues, and good bye . I’m an employee and our customer service sucks- it’s all outsourced to Philippines

Get a gmail acct. never had an issue going on 15 years. It’s simple and it works.

AT&T's debt is affecting the email.

I have experienced the same issue in the past. The only way I’ve ever been able to get it corrected is by calling into the service center. I was on hold once for over an hour and then they hung up on me. As an employee and you have service issues you quickly realize what our customers go through.
I once had to call Verizon to get circuit help. Wow, what a difference. I was very impressed with their service and approach to handling customers.
T needs a customer service makeover. From tone of the call to actually helping customers.

If you access your email thought the web at att.net - You will have to reset your password every couple of days. You can reset to the same pw each time. I use POP email and it does not have this issue - only when access thru the web. If you google att.net password reset you will see tons of issues on the att forums. Good luck.
