How many skids per hour are you told you should be able to do vs how many you can actually do??

OP, Work smarter not harder. You shouldn't have very many partials at all to stock if you do your job right. Pick up the pace. Stocking with a forklift is easy. Very easy. Give up your license and let someone else use the lift.
5 minutes per pallet is not doable if you have to stack several layers of anything at all in grocery. Heck it is impossible to drop unwrap and stock almost any skid in five minutes. If you claim that you can on a consistent basis you are either lying or super man.
If you're just dropping it's supposed to be 1 per minute. Coming from receiving and unloading trucks it's 2 minutes max to rack and come back. Drop and stock it should take no longer than 5 minutes per pallet if you have to wrap and re rack a partial. That's why I only stock full pallets only.
