Not true! T has a bunch of techs that it's stuck with due to an agreement with the union and there's not enough work to keep them busy.

Good to adjust workforce to meet the amount of work. Can't have a bunch of workers doing nothing.

Business Services is still hiring even though the work load can’t justify it...astounding lack of logic here! Techs are sitting idle yet, they’re adding head count for presumably work expected to come! Management says to add personnel whenever given the opportunity regardless of work load. Makes perfect sense in the old Ma Bell mentality! U
Biz Serv will most likely be adding massive head counts to help offset the staggering loss of work. You’ve been warned.
