Who the he-l takes the time to put in a MX Voice when their experience was satisfactory, or slightly above average. That's what their expectation is when they come in. Going above and beyond to the point that someone is impressed enough to ACTUALLY take the time to figure out how to leave a positive comment, happens about once a day in any club. The rest are a bunch of bitter Karens doing what they do best. For this to have such a LARGE impact on our bonus is a joke. They think we're stupid, and in one way, we are.
Well if you look at the quarter earnings, Sam's is skyrocketing. 10.2 percent increase in sales, 17.2 percent on a two year stack, membership income up 10.2 percent. The company is not losing money. It is not fair to base bonus on ridiculous MX voice complaints, I look at them everyday and 99 percent are petty based on lack of stock, long lines, club pickup, etc. Most are not directed at associates. When someone marks us down for filthy bathrooms, well what I can say?
Accidents don’t have anything to do with your Samshare. Only sales, membership and MX Voices.
at least you got one. we had so many accidents we zeroed out. i wouldnt be suprised if they docked all our pay to help pay.
I solved all my problems in regards to food, shelter and clothing.
Shelter I just never leave the club ever.
Food well it is Sam's Club plenty of food in bulk good for weeks if not months.
Clothing I currently have those new kicks and a really fancy jacket suitable for a nice night out on town. But no need to go anywhere else when you have the club as your roof over your head.
You better get that fill up now. Brandon's inflation is only going to make gas keep going up.
