Our Sam's share is $220 for full, $110 for part time..... Everything was over 100% except mx voice....total bu-----p!! We can't help that we are under staffed and out of stock!!! We should be getting full share when profits are super high!! I bet my manager gets her 200k bonus though. Ho----b!

That was” the great move “of this company to get rid of the “bonus “ when they included MX voice to the Mix . Members complain for all kind of sh… that you can imagine. Only like 2% or less are under our control, the rest is just BS . The ones that are affecting right now is the out of stock. Company should know that we don’t have control over that , soo they should put a pause on that for a while , same with cakes in bakery . Members complaining about the same cr-p, how is this possible, where is your plan B. Company lost business with vendor due to the increase of prices of parts , tools , don’t know , whatever you want to call it . But the ones that are taking the hit at the end is the associate that works very hard to get at least some extra money every quarter.
Go look up reviews on any business. 90 percent are complaints and Sams/Walmart know that all too well. They stacked the deck against us and won. The house always wins. They never do anything out of the goodness of their hearts. Get hero pay, we take away most of the sams share. Get an extra dollar raise and we charge you more for health benefits. You ALWAYS lose in the end. They've been doing this for 30 years. Just pay attention and it always comes back again and again.
Our club manager bonus should be based on mix voices as well, why hold it against us robots...

My club is only 162$ for full time and 81$ for part time, we even had pretty good sales and membership sales were great as well,they maxed ours at 200$ but didn't even get that... Gotta make sure the greedy Waltons and the executive's that hide behind a computer screen all day make sure they get their big$$$$$... God forbid they loose $1 be the end of the world to them. Us associates should be the one's getting decent bonuses or stock shares, we are the one's that put up with the b.s and stress all day long to get treated like cr-p and thrown under the bus.

Comping last years numbers and Mx voices not a factor during COVID. So, Clubs are up against big numbers and Mx voices back in the mix. Low staffing and maxed out folks that do show up is a recipe for Sams share disaster. Expect it to continue every quarter. Going to be a rough year. But next year will be better. Fallout for Covid. Hang tough peeps.

MX voice was designed to take our bonuses away while hiding behind lies and deceptions.
The Waltons have personally list 19 Billion in the last quarter. I wouldn't worry about a bonus. We will be lucky if we even see a bonus in the future. Major payroll cuts coming. Build Back Better.(sarc)
