I joined Sam's a few months ago. Since then, I've realized that management knows nothing, those in charge of training know nothing, and the vast majority of associates know nothing. No matter who you ask ANYTHING, the answer is always "I don't know." I'm surrounded by Jon Snows.

As the associate that knows too much. I wish I could be an “I don’t know” but I’m unfortunately the one that usually knows the answer or “I’m not sure but I’ll find the answer for you” type. It’s a curse when the managers comes to you for it all.

What questions have you had? You’re probably the num nut that asks the lot attendant where the bacon is located or the tire/battery guy why you didn’t get $2 off your gain when you already reached your max. Maybe you are the one that comes into a warehouse to buy your diamond ring asking questions like we are certified gemologists. Have you asked the maintenance lady if you could buy the floor display outdoor furniture? Get lost.

Do you work there ? Doesn't sound like it !! The employee should get on the walkie and find the answer, or even though you have very little time help them fine it ,that's what I do. If your asking someone in Bakery where something is they probably don't know since they are not on the floor ,there in there own little world.
