Face it, retail is overpaid by all measures but so are the managers.
It's not underperforming, you're being asked to commit fraud which is illegal. Will you ever be prosecuted? probably not. Slam a federal agent's FirstNet account, it's considered a felony. Your RSM, ARSM, DOS or any higher ups will not have your back.
