For those who haven’t stayed here too long but just enough to gain enough experience, Cenovus is a good stepping stone. As far as I know, most find much better jobs after working here for a while. Obviously, the most important thing is to estimate how long you should stay, that is, when you should leave?

Largely agree with you. Remember to be humble. Cenovus still has a reputation where employees are perceived to be arrogant and difficult.
