What are our rights as employees at Sam's Club when dealing with co-workers who have an ADA paper on file due to Anxiety Disorder?
Is it just sc--w your fellow associates and let them do the bulk of the work because you conveniently use your disability to your advantage?
Shouldn't all associates be treated as equal and have the same expectations and responsibilities?

I'm a firm believer in minding my own business. After a year of this bull$hit of doubling my workload because of this jacka$$ in my dept, I'm starting to think it's my business. He is taking up a spot for someone that wants to work. I believe Mgmt is too LAZY to find a way to remedy this because I, and others seemlessly pick up the slack. It has officially gotten old.
I say this, not sarcastically, but literally you should mind your business when it comes to those associates. Let the management, market people partner, and home office deal with those. We have a few at my local. Steer clear of them because they cause way too much drama and if you get dragged it… yeah don’t. Because if they bring up your name then you’ll have a Q&A session with your club manager and market people partner to even ethics if they go batsht crazy.
Each club has to have that one special person to comply with ADA rules and regulations. It's called the breakroom attendant
The moral and disrespect isn't from your managers, it starts at the top. I've noticed in the last year the managers are newer. They are forcing out the long term associates. Everyday a manager says something disrespectful and treat you like your job dont matter anymore. It's not their fault they are being taught by the GM which the MM is being destroyed by home office, it's the domino affect. They treat the cart guys and maintenance like garbage, their is no Team Work anymore. Havnt you noticed the Sam Walton Team Work sign has been missing for about 3 years.
I'm in the same boat with a guy that has FMLA, Sedgwick, and Corporate wrapped around his finger. He just shows up whenever he wants to, then talks about vacation. $hit gets old.
