So now that the Zen Room is complete just when is it to be used? At first we were told that if during the day you got stressed you could go in there to destress and then go back to work. However now it is only to be used during break or lunch. So... is that not why we have a break room ?? What's the purpose of the Zen room if its only for breaks and lunch?? Id--ts are in charge !

Our Zen room stinks. Our most smelliest floor associates use it and leave their lingering odor that stays for days and gets refreshed every time they use it. And don't tell me it's because they sweat a little...no. These people have historically bad hygiene and have been sent home to shower.
Snowflakes is all I can come up with. Zen room really, next it will be stress cards.. 🤦♂️ Close your eyes real hard "Click your heels together three times and say 'There's no place like home' and you'll be there."
Alcohol and dr-gs, agreed. I say that often.
We have a foosball table and a milkshake machine. Playdough for the libs
We get kicked out all the time because they use it for orientation
The restroom is the “Zen” room.
We call ours a lounge. It’s like a month old. We were told specifically it was for use during breaks and lunches only.
Zen room? We don’t have one. And, actually that wouldn’t help. What we need is vending machines filled with alcohol and anxiety meds.
