What are the different PSG ranges and bonus %. I currently have job at 160k what Is the equivalent PSG?

OP, not knowing this basic information means you are a troll.
22 or 23. It does not depend on the function. We have the same $ ranges per psg regardless of function. 22 target 14%; 23 target 16%.
Chevron is hiring a ton I have an interview so I’m trying to get an equivalent amount or more in pay.
You can never have enough trolls on this site from other companies trolling you for info or coworkers jealous and probing also. That's what I always say. Can't get enough!
Also depends on profession category. Petrotech or Business Professional or Operations…..
What is the bonus % for each grade?
22 or 23-depending on where you are in the range
