Personnel info has become like self checkouts. Do it yourself. Figure it out for yourself. Go on the wire and read everything Personnel related because managers and team leads are clueless and tell you nothing. Got no time for navigating the wire and figuring all this paid unpaid holiday sh-t out. Bring back PTC. At least we were clued in on what to do or where to go. Now we are left to figure everything out, but no time to do it. Gone are the days of caring for, or taking care of the Associate. And if you wanna take PTO be prepared to beg for your manager to approve it. All you hear is “I don’t have time, you don’t know how much I have to do.” Hey buttcrack, you’re a manager and schedules and requests off are part of your job. You have great expectations of us, the least you can do is take care of our requests. Take care of the associate and they will take care of the member and you!!!

It seems to always take mine, even when I put in the request for them not to take it! I feel like we should have to put it in IF we want to use it, not the other way around! This so could be a law suit!

It’s automatically put in, even if your regular day off. If you don’t want to be paid for it, you have to take it out.
