If you've been with the company for over 10 yrs then you see it crashing like the speed of light, Managers belittle employees while they do nothing. If the top management dont care it trickles down to the employees, they start not caring also. You should train your managers respect. MX Voice is nothing but complaints about how long the lines are. If you ask to open another register they wont let you. They also say they don't care about your bonus being destroyed by MX Voice. "Let them complain" the hourly employees went hero to zero. Poor Mr Sam 😢

check the sales increases of most clubs. this company isn't crashing----it's cashing.
corporate realized awhile back that most americans don't give a hoot about customer service. they want cheap prices.
as long as sam's and wal mart are cheaper than everyone else, people will flock to them.
MX voices were designed to cut down the bonuses that stores & clubs receive. People at corporate write most of them.
It’s actually embarrassing to work there nowadays. Call-offs every weekend, lazy associates making more than those who bust their backs daily, Constantly Out of stock on the most popular items, including ROTISSERIE CHICKENS!!! Management always hiding in receiving or the office. New processes in fresh departments that make completing production impossible. It’s sad. The shareholders would be running scared if they had any clue how bad things are about to get. Take a look around at the new hires, they like to congregate around a box bin with their phones out all day. Then they go take a nap in a dark room for a couple hours while passing a weed vape around. Things are so far gone, better start looking for work elsewhere. I got out fast. Sam’s is literally Walmart now.
It has gone so downhill for sure. No more respect for the individual.
It's true....I give up. Over 30 years of giving my all wearing different hats including supervisors to Lead and now a door greeter and being belittled by CM and new MIT's and Leads.
25 year associate here, you speak the truth, I’m actually embarrassed to work at Sam’s Club, 😞, so sad
