Isn’t the app supposed to keep track of how much you have available to redeem every month? Hasn’t worked at all thus far. Only shows Sam’s Cash earned this year and says “Sam’s Cash awarded annually” which is not the direction or communication that was put out there earlier this year.

Some of the terminology is still a little out of date and I would assume it takes time to update everything but the rewards are now monthly. Started becoming available end of last month.
How does me check what is available without having to stand in a line that is 20 members deep?
It most definitely available monthly.
The company does seem to have a huge issue with keeping up with technology. Not sure why it’s so difficult to have apps and software working properly when they’re the number one retailer in the world. You’d think they could afford it and be on top of the technology world.

Yeah it's a yearly thing. Usually a few months before your membership is about to expire. Definitely not available every month.
