Heard that there is a 10-15% target to reduce Fates by end of Q3. What's the street hearing? Are we not getting enough parts to keep the factories running or is it a cost play?

they don't know their ar-e from their mouth - i really can't believe people actually invest on HON and we have customers buying software, given how sh-t it is and how many problems exist with it.
So Honeywell has been fined due to ITAR violations and will get audited. This will probably lead to RIFs due to the fine. Same old story, the workers pay for incompetence.
Take me! I am raring to go! Please make it so. I'll be first in line for the next voluntary one.
Probably not until they move a specific factory to overseas
They build a new factory on Mexicali. And they are expanding in Puerto Rico
Only a matter of time though for the remaining factories in US to be moved.
Then there is the ongoing rooftop reduction target cut at 50% dont think we are done yet
I dont think they know where to hire / fire.
Tons of reqs are open with no applicants at all levels.
It's always RIFmas and its always a cost play. Nobody can argue that.
Are you talking about ISC engineering support? I sure hope not. We decimated our group in 2020 and paid the price dearly. We’ve just recently have been building that group up.
It would make no sense to cut them again…
