Is Chevron now preferring attrition or is our management not indifferent to the fact that the best are leaving the company?

@klf+1fxvr6ys - good luck with that attitude! Worked my a-s off and job was eliminated in transformation!! It’s all who’s a** an employee kisses! I refused to do that! So with kiss a** and stay or hold on!!
Oil is over $100. No one gives a sh!t, least of all MW. He likes to think we’re making all this money because he’s smart, but it’s mostly d-mb luck with high oil prices and war.
We only hear about a bunch of HR dorks leaving the company. They are not the best. Not even close.
Yeah it seems that MW just doesn't care about his employees. Guess when the work doesn't get done he'll learn.
They are planning head count reduction in 2023. They do not care who the attrition is. They have made this very clear that no one is too valuable to even make a gesture that they want to keep you.

I’m still here after 15+ years, nothing has happened. Perform well and all will be fine, ignore what others say. You are in control of your career, they aren’t.
yeah it does seem like they are trying for attrition! perhaps cheaper than severances for eoi. but the best are leaving for sure.
