Hard to believe in 2022, some people don't know Cricket is T! Even more scarry if OP is an employee.
If they changed phones to one with more supported frequencies, it would look like cricket has a better network.

"Poor fellow has no clue about anything", have some empathy, this is the result of AT&T university training over the years. I am losing my intelligence everyday that I work here, even my spouse has taken notice. Oh well, still getting paid on time.

T sales reps just can’t proactively mention Cricket as a viable option to customers! Even those who have marginal credit ratings when signing up service.
