Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

Membership desk

When are they gonna change the return policy back on the matresses. This has alloud lots of fraud in the clubs. Receintly we had two of our desk associates doing fraudulant returns on mattresses over $30,000 of returns on mattresses that they did to line their own pockets. I can't believe the company is leaving this open to where it can happen again.

Your backroom associates should have caught this early on. If it is their claims inventory there should be tags to match. Ours is asking for the tags before we can walk them back.

These two associates have worked at the membership desk for years, that is why they were good at doing fraudulent returns..

If they had appointed desk associates, like they use to have, this sort of thing wouldn't happen. But they throw anyone up there, like anyone can do that job right. I'm not at all surprised and frankly, this is what home office deserves.

The tags need to be brought in from the mattresses and then credit will be issue by Serta. No tags no credit. No mattresses are brought back because of sanitation issues Covid. Now the bed in a box is a different story. No credit on those.
