Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

So over the past few months I have noticed that the opening manager is not walking the steel walk in the morning and correcting issues that could cause our members getting hurt in our club. She use to be a overnight team lead for years so she knows the importance of the steel walk and just doesn't care. Our merchandise manager comes in in the morning and she never addresses issues with the steel like where a fork from the lift completely went through the steel Making the pallets in the steel a huge safety concern. A few of us have already brought it up to the gm and he had done nothing about it. I remember a couple years ago we lost almost every manager from a club in our market due to pencil whipping the steel walk. Why is safety not a concern to these new young mangers they have put in all these clubs. Is it gonna take a pallet falling out of the steel and ki----g someone to get sams club back on track with safety??
