My opinion is that productivity will be lower than ever. I think many will decide to leave as soon as they feel that office atmosphere again.

VP has stated 5 days a week is his expectation. Nice.
They also don't understand (or care?) how much people really hate the packed in cubicles - or how they do drain productivity if you have technical work to do that requires quiet thought.

This is how out of touch our executives are. They thought everyone would be flocking back to the office jumping at the chance to be back. Meanwhile rumour is they’re pi---d because NO ONE is going in at all. This is what happens when you have a bunch of yes men around you who tell you what you want to hear and you run a company through fear. You get told what people think you want to hear not how they really feel.

Agreed. It will be packed tighter than before and productivity will plummet!
We will even more crammed in there then before. It will suck
