I've always believed warehouse was on the horizon. While I still believe it is coming, as long as they have the benefit of DSD and employees who allow themselves to be paid well below the going wages, don't push back while being forced to work "off the clock", constantly get passed over for advancement opportunities by "newbies", and are generally willing to be treated like dirt....what's the rush? They get the best of both worlds. Only a handful of brave folks push back and fight for what is right. It takes strength and courage to affect change.
Poor Leadership
The shortages will continue as this company can't get its act together.. Going warehouse will help some but certainly not significantly.
