When will the National Business Mobility Organization roll underneath Retail or is there going to be a layoff?

AT&T must spin off AT&T Fiber and just focus on Mobility network buildout. Need to figure out how to deploy this new CBAND spectrum utilizing CRAN infrastructure. Agree with the last post, focus on the last mile with 5G services. Hard time ahead for AT&T and they better get lean and mean or they will not survive.

The only viable T business is consumer mobility. Fiber is too little to late and margins are shrinking. T should have focused on 5g access for internet access, they didn't. Verizon has focused almost exclusively on mobility and build out to support 5g last mile access, T hasn't embraced it. Even more tough times ahead for T with very difficult decisions.

sometime in the second quarter. The retail teams will go to retail and BAT will sell Fiber. AVP’s gone.
