Many of us are being notified that March 3 is the date, but I've heard there are others start later. Is that true?

Yes, anyone hired after Jan 4 has the new date April 28, following the New company policy. The others who were under the Executive EO will have March 3rd even though Honeywell isn't doing the EO anymore and just going it alone
