I am not sure if developers at the death star even use the internet. Sales Force and the the 35 clicks to find something - that is, if it loads - is a failure. What people fail to realize is the internet in the stores pretty much sucks. Then you give us a system that we need to use to find out the ambiguous information to do our job. Its too much work for the system and the every so speedy 10 yr old ipads that the company gives us. Ideas are great - but in the real world - give us back CSP.

Sitting in on the Analytics Summit, CDO is bragging how great Saleforce and Tableau are. They didn't bother to get feedback from CSRs.

What does this have to do with layoffs? It's directly related to the stealth layoff of TecDev three years ago. You sold them to IBM, and now you don't own your internal apps.
I can't wait to see the fallout from the next ridiculous cost cutting effort, outsourcing retail to AR.
No one said the systems/tools shouldn’t be better, faster, easier to implement or use. The ‘Layoff’ forum, however, is not where you should be posting this. I have a list of ‘I wish they did this better items’, but they don’t belong here. Neither does this post! Common sense.
T makes so many vendor companies rich and employees train newbie contractors working overtime.
Get a grip, retail sales support our jobs. Terrible sales system drives customers away, and result in layoff.
Any software vendor will tell you to aim for 100% configuration and 0% customization. If you don’t like one product, find another, or build you own. T is full of ba----dized commercial software implementation and ugly home grown mess. Yep, we are all adults and get paid to work with this cr-p, customers have a choice to take their business else where.
Tell me again....What does your dislike for a system have to do with layoffs??? You're not the only people who have to use systems that are painful....so get a grip....But that's assuming you're an adult....Form a FB group and post this BS there called......everything I dislike about the company who allows me to pay my bills!

Horrible horrible system! U cant get it too load, takes forever in aday to find something in it for sure! Scanners and Ipads are horrible, customers laugh in our store at the condition of them!
The mismanagers @ Toxic-T cannot let a vendor's software alone and use it as is. They have to modify it to make it useless and ineffective or they feel they are not doing their job. Plus they get to spend tons of $ for all the useless modifications.
Toxic-T cannot produce their own software systems nor can they source vendor software without making it unusable.
