They have no right to know your personal medical history. They have stopped asking if you’re jabbed or not awhile ago. If anyone asks to see your vaccine card, just politely decline. This is not Germany in 1942

I quit wearing mine. Management just doesn’t ask. I’ve had Covid already. Wouldn’t have even known I had it if I didn’t get tested.
Are you serious? In a case of dishonesty, it's not even the subject that's the important part. If you're caught in ANY lie to your employer, you can absolutely be terminated.
Yes you can. Management knows and has documented who is vaccinated and who is not. You would be coached and then fired for dress code violation
