Thread regarding T-Mobile layoffs

How much money will they "save" that way?

Given that I also see mandates as a way for this company to get rid of employees and at the same time avoid severance costs, I wonder how much money will be "saved" in this way, i.e. stay available to those at the top. I'm starting to despise this company.

I see the same conspiracy theorists that were posting stuff like "white lives matter" and talking about chemtrails from the Telegram group are posting here too.

I think T-Mobile found a genius way of just firing a lot of the mo--ns.

In addition, they can avoid a skyrocket in Health Insurance rates if they allow pro-disease people to be employed. Plus less sick days for the smarter crowd.
All of that is savings!

They are going to save millions and I’ll explain why.

Firstly, stocks vest on 2/25, It placed on unpaid leave on 2/21 you will lose all your stocks that you are about to vest.

Secondly, they are going to replace you with very low paid outsource. As much as it sucks, your expendable and T-Mobile wants tenured people out ASAP.
