I didn’t intend to stay here longer than a few more months anyway, so it would be best for me to get laid off. Very few ambitious people would want to stay here for a long time. I can't imagine myself here much longer, nor can I imagine what this company will look like in a few years. My opinion though is that in five years, this will be anything but a good workplace?

The good news is that if you leave and things don’t work out, T will almost always hire you back. This is actually one of the biggest problems with the company. Employees who leave and have no other option but to return are almost always allowed back. If you have a pulse you will be all set!
