I am still in contact with some former colleagues here. I experienced a mix of emotions after finding out what kind of employee came to my place after I had to leave because I could no longer stand so much pressure. I am absolutely sure that the pressure was deliberately created to get rid of me. My work has been criticized even though I did my best, and now that they got a person with no experience everything is fine? Sam's, do you really have to humiliate people by convincing them that they're not good enough in order to replace them.

If you are so happy to be gone then there is no reason for you to be on this site. Grow up and move on with your life!
The grass is greener on the other side. That's how they make more profit year after year. Slashing payroll and getting rid of anyone that has 5 years in.
You must have committed the sin of accumulating too much PTO. What a pathetic excuse of a company this is! Good luck to you. In six months you will be happier without this wretched company in your life.
