States that try to overstep Company mandates to vaccinate are doing simply that. Overstepping. Such mandates have been upheld for over 200 years in this country and will continue to be. You have a choice to not work for the company. Period.

Yes they are mandated in CLW and no one really cares about that. Most of the talent in CLW has left the building and it had nothing to do with vaccines. It’s because the employees are sick of working a zillion hours and not being properly compensated or appreciated. While the corporate execs stuffed their pockets with the profits. There was a time that CLW literally had the best engineers in Tampa. Now there is nothing but newbies, no product knowledge, and contracts keep being pushed out. Customers are not happy!
DA and MM have destroyed CLW aero. This is my last week after 20+ years, and I could not be happier to leave the he-l that HI has become.

This seems like self firing because we all know by now about the advice (not official) of a connected software VP in Atlanta (new hire) that pointed out how to download a vaccine form and fill it out. That would have taken care of all the issues and made it all go away.

What do you mean, fake news??? Mpls is mandating the jab. I know because I was fired last week because I wouldn't declare my jab status. Unemployed, NO state unemployment insurance, no severance. I saw Governor DeSantis on TV tonight and he said that he is protecting Florida residents from mandates. So, are people at CLW getting fired if they don't get the jab?
