With having people taking credit for your work because they know the manager will have their back and then seeing those same people promoted over you, is it any wonder more than half of the employees are completely demotivated? I've seen things like this happen at other companies but never to this extent. It's wrong on so many levels but it keeps happening. I'm surprised morale is not even worse than it is.

Only company I’ve ever worked for where I’ve become bitter and watched it affect my mental health. And they don’t care. They churn and sp-t you out. I’m in process of leaving in next few months and will put this nightmare behind me.

What a shame. You would think that a huge successful company would be able to take care of its employees. Instead it does the opposite by driving them to the bottle.
It also makes you an alcoholic.

Consider yourself lucky if you can simply leave at will like that. Some of us are stuck here under terms of relo contract or H1-B visa.

Dont let work place stress you out. Find something else outside is an option esp with this awesome job market
Everything of Aero significance has been moved to Arizona or Florida. And the other divisions are just as toxic due to bad management.
