As far as losing long time associates....management would love nothing more!

I would really like to know what fantasy world you are living in thinking that inventory is easy.

BTW, when the assoicate put in for his vacation, our club had no idea of the date for inventory. Mgt. should have approved it a long time ago, however it was not done. I guess they don't mind losing a longtime experienced person at a crucial time.
Union representation could prevent these abuses of power by inept an corrupt management.
Used to be 30 days before inventory was blacked out, no days off during that time.
We have an associate who put in for PTO months ago for vacation. A paid for vacation, a cruise. He was denied recently due to inventory. Tomorrow is his last day. Total b.s., when he put in for his days, our club did not know when inventory was going to take place. I respect him for leaving and showing the mgt. "Up Yours".
Inventory Is easy. Saving my pto days for summer.
Sounds like Novi. Would be a way to get back at the managers pretending they know what they are doing. Managers might have to come out of office to help!
