I have signed and wonder what are the min and max numbers for band 3 and 4?
When discussing with my future manager he promised me a promo when I come Atlanta to reorg a team as he will replace his boss. So wondering how fast a promo can come after signing on and if bonuses and more relocation can be awarded again after a promo to VP

Band 3 can exceed at least 160k

Getting vp in honeywell requires more than you have @op.
Vp at honeywell is ceo at moderate sized companies.
Ceo's dont have time to look at internet, or talk to wife, or attend cricket games of their kids. You couldnt cut it.
Relocation is mandatory. Typically 3 to 5 years in a rotation of jobs in whatever county is the current worst on the list. If your skin is brown they will send you to someplace friendly like .. moscow. If your skin is light they will send you to the desert to darken up.

Band 4 goes up to 285k
Band 3 to 220k
Correct they are very wide…. The second driver is the title. A manager, director, sr director may very well in the same band but max will kick in based on the title…
The bands are useless info. Aren't they so wide like $50k-$150k so as to be useless as any kind of guide?
Someone is very intent on getting our band ranges and has made other posts about it. If this person has signed on already, they have accepted a salary and add-ons package, so why ask us, now? Make your move and figure out what to do from there.
The OP is providing enough information on this site that may make their identity identifiable to their hiring leader and HR. That fact alone makes the post suspect in my opinion. A person with any intelligence at all would know better than to do this much less someone that feels they can get a job at the vice president level.
I have seen multiple times people dumping from band 3 to VP just by their connections with like friends in HBT….

He could be from Mexico or any of the location we are in… i do get that people from India like to bring others from India Thats a fact, but assuming this as a rule…
