Someone mentioned that working here feels like walking on eggshells. I pretty much agree with that description. If I had known that I would have to be so extremely cautious about everything here, I would've never come to this company. In other companies, too, I had to be careful not to say something that was “unpopular,” but nowhere is it like here. It seems that people here are afraid of what they will say, how they will do something, etc.?

Sprint legacy, the time the magenta eliminates you will come. Be prepare. Don't be too naive.
I completely agree with the term walking on eggshells everyday. The staff should have a " Yes, Sir" ir a "Yes, Madam" mentality in order to go through another day. The executive is threaten by a small input. I was treated badly that I lost my mental health. I was fired after finishing a huge project by phone. I was sad to be treated like trash after my dedication in the company for then years. If there is a chance, go out from the toxic company as fast as you can. It takes almost three months for me to cure my mental illness!!! Now, I am much more happier and I switch my carrier from T to V. I support that V company that has better care for employees!! Good bye T-Mobile forever! I will never do any kind of business with this company again.
I am legacy Sprint. Nearly 20 years. I have no idea what you're talking about. I feel free to speak my mind on any PJ or meeting, same as before. Not sure what org you're in, but I am not feeling the pressure you are.
people who wear pink need help.Tis a cult
Take th i365 training. Talk about conformity to the Borg...
Think of this place as a cult, because that's what it is. Mind your words, mind your loyalty, mind your thoughts. Recite the value statements every morning. Wear pink. Always smile in the proper way when customers can see.
If you don't see it now, take the customer vision training. It is right out of Stepford Wives.
They'll retaliate against you if you say something they don't like.
Yep. Cross the wrong person and you'll get a pink slip...
