Word is that some serious pay structure changes are coming for T-Force. This is going to further add insult to injury and is expected to elicit some serious churn to a team that's already struggling to keep up.
Outsourcing is going to slowly keep being introduced to T-Force queues outside of holidays. You can guess where that's going....
