Lol…..it’s employees fault….How about the T’s Id--t policies and things they do that makes zero sense and lose billions of dollars that’s the employees fault? Just because you have a finance degree or accounting doesn’t mean you know what the you’re doing! Get a clue….

It's toxic due to the type people they have hired over the years, that is now catching up with them. The majority get FMLA somehow and do not come to work. So you got what you asked for. People being paid to do nothing

It depends on who you ask that question. There are some who've been here for 15-30+ years who will receive pensions upon retirement (but they won't think it's enough or fair); they make a fairly decent living without doing a whole lot of work (but they think they should be paid more); they spend a lot of time complaining about the company (but they won't leave); they believe they have great, even amazing ideas about how the company should be run (but typically they've no background in finance, organizational structure, software...or even an undergrad degree)...Guess what they think about the 'toxic culture' at ATT?
So bad that truthful posts here are deleted on a regular basis.
Cingular was a great culture then came AT&T and it became horrible. Nice people became mean, political and very unfriendly.
