I hate working in this toxic culture. Working at HON used to be considered a kind of prestige. Not anymore. Does anyone believe that the culture here will improve ever again?

no. culture will not improve - lol - unless you like working more, earning less
No, I don't believe it will get better. The point is to push people over the edge. That's the point. Why would it get better? New people, train, leave, repeat. We are in the meat grinder and that's the nature of this business. Start own company, be good to self.
You mean the toxic culture comes straight from DA, who wants to blame everyone and everything else for the problems that he chooses to create, conitue, and proliferate.
That toxic culture comes straight from the miserable employees that want to blame everything but themselves for their unhappiness that is caused by their own actions.
When a manager is put in to a position and given impossible metrics to meet, everyone below that manager suffers. The definition of stress has been said to be "responsibility without authority". Much of that authority is the ability to spend money to keep valuable people and pursue development. One thing is for sure, Honeywell won't spend any money that could otherwise go into stock buybacks or the executive's pockets.
If China invades Taiwan....Hwell will get buried. Notice how Hwell left Russia. They won't leave China they are too tied to their hip. Such horrific, woke, mgmt.
Nothing will change for the better with DA at the helm......he has put leaders in place to run the businesses just like himself........look at MM, he spews cr-p all day long and nothing gets done because no one respects him and these are the guys driving the toxic culture.
@eqs is right. Darius thinks anything he commands can happen. He is living in la-la land.
Got out last month for a remote job. Could not be happier!!!
They first have to get rid of Darius. What a narcist. He burns every 6 months an analyst team in India
Depends, when do you retire?
Not a chance in h311
