Management needs to let us do our jobs and stop meddling every step of the way. If they keep changing processes and shifting the goal constantly, we're both losing productivity and quality of the result. Decide what you want, decide how you want it done, let us know, and then let us do it. It should be as simple as that.

Despite all the posts in multiple forums, newbie would only know the real sheet after joining the company. Let’s face it, during interviews, those clowns 🤡 would always pain the best pictures to lure these newbies joining the company so that these clowns could remain in their management positions.
Definitely a clueless newbie. This company has been ruderless since it became Hitachi Vantara. Constantly changing it's direction like a wind vane during a hurricane.
