Have core managers do the job itself as technicians for at least half a year and force them to also put out the 57 cones and flags in the suburbs, you'll see how quickly the silly numbers and safety games go away in favor of quality.

Get rid of IHX. Nextdoor app in my city is hot right now with all the lies spewed. Not telling that the “free” phone requires 3yr contract and more.

only improvement i can think of is if they leave. but why would they when they have no accountability and buy high and sell low.

Nothing matters but the dividend and bottom line. Are you new here? Unions are toothless. It's business. No promotions if you don't check at least one box anymore. Inexperienced management hired is not being "coached", and so it's a nightmare for direct reports. This is all that matters. Maybe it's time to move on?

Give us the tools to do our job in the COR stores. New ipads and more desktop computers. Currently we use 7yr old ipads and perception is reality..... when your trying to sell a customer a new ipad and the one your holding in your hand is 7 yrs old, ya kind a stupid. Bring back desktop computers as the wi fi in the store fails constantly. Bring back the help desk - dump rst and the convoluted menu that goes with it. Calling a support number - who in return gets on a chat - who then calls someone - only then to tell you to call customer care........ ever seen a mentally challenged individual consummate with a rubber ball ? Well that's what we do now
Get rid of CCKM or CSP and hire some kid from google to give us a search engine that actually works. Take your Sales leads and put them in ascending colon - we are all lying to ourselves and its kinda sad.

One minute you have a 3 to 5 year fiber build and then you're letting go of term employees? I think any resolution is hopeless. The elimination of the bottom tier of the workforce is supposed to save money for the mistakes of "upper" management? I'm surprised the stock isn't in the $10 to $15 range!

Stankey was the "transaction" guy when buying DTV and WM. Now, he is the "connectivity" guy in selling off the 2 companies at a huge lost, and getting a huge pay raise for it. This is the engrained company culture, who cares about performance or stock price, as long as you can stuff your wallet. Absolutely no improvement needed here.

Ask away.
What makes you think they care?
They don't.
Jeez man, are you that naïve?

If you really think what 230k employees say is taken seriously by upper mgmt you’re very naive.
What they want is to see the percentages rise without really doing anything that matters.
This isn’t personal, but think about it….everything is about shareholder value. What you think doesn’t drive the stock price up.
