2 RIF's are always baked into the plan. Restructuring is ALWAYS in the P & L for headcount to be off the books by the end of Q2 and Q4.

Unless we get parts soon all the sites will see furloughs. Getting dicey.

@mhf -- i am thinking the same way. Going to be EXTREMELY hard to justify ties between anything with a military dual use and china. Start publishing honeywell ties to china and they will back away quick. We are in a cold war with china already.
Meanwhile India is not a friend either. They buy russian weapons (cheap liks everything there) and they have not condemned this aggression. India could face sanctions around aerospace tech if they dont tow the line soon.
Footprint actions will drive the next layoff rounds.
Focus on layoffs is turning to india, china, and to a lesser extent mexico as nationalism rises and globalism becomes less attractive.
Some sites in europe are vulnerable.. mostly mechanical.
Probably be from Aero again with that Maddog Mike manning the sinking ship and squeeze whatever stocks to cash in when the ship has touched the sea bed. Avionics business is dying or dead with no new products going into any new platforms. Olathe, Clearwater, Urbana are all likely places that will see shut.
