Perfect clubs! 24/7 no matter what. Nothing out of place, not a sign missing, not a pallet left in receiving, not one drop of blood in the counter, not one cake out of place, not one weed in the parking lot and not one person in line. That’s how a club is to be run. No excuse.

These jokers at home office are fresh out of college and have never worked or even been in a Sam’s Club. Friggin’ clueless. Work a day in any position and they will be like “ holy he-l.”
Most of the pencil pushers have never worked in a club and they think their ideas are so good … another bad thing is Market Managers who have forgotten what it is actually like to work in a club making even d-mber “suggestions” on what we should be doing . None of them have a clue… as long as it looks good on paper is all they care about. We are just drones to them .
That's just one of those id--tic home office pencil pushers that have to come up with one idea per year to keep their job. If you stay long enough they recycle the same d-mb ideas every 5 years and waste our time. We call them the clueless. Or if you prefer "The Unflushables"
i always drop blood everywhere. merchandisers always got cuts, bruises, scrapes, scabs and aches. i told a manager once before the store opens i always wash the blood off my hands before the store opens and he thought it was a joke and laughed until i show him my hands. Also anyone ever take one of those flat beds to the shins. lawd have mercy.
