That is the bitter truth. All our complains are in vain, we are only numbers on a spreadsheet to them. Here it is futile to expect that someone will be valued for their work. Instead, talented and capable people go to better companies. Not only are they better paid there, but they progress in much shorter time than they would here. I hope it won't be too late when the leadership realizes that they have turned this company into a talent source for other companies.

Be happy you're not with Verizon. Our company is a sh-t show and we see that Tmob starts hourly at 20 base pay. I've been with Verizon 3 years and still haven't gotten to that base pay yet, now they are making commission a joke to boot. So trust me the grass isn't always greener at the other carrier. Don't believe me, compare your page to ours on here.
Time takes care of everything
They've been doing it for years. T-Mobile has always paid less than other companies. They treated good talent like dirt and acted like we did nothing over the past 2 years and have to come back to the office so our Executives can count heads in their fiefdoms.
